Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated individual (or two) to join our team as a sales consultant. Your primary job duties will include developing a relationship with customers, discussing what they are looking for in a vehicle, showing them different cars on our sales floor that offer features they want and need, such as convenience or luxury upgrades and colors, then explaining pricing and financing options. Your goal is to provide a positive sales experience and ensure the customer is happy with their purchase. When not working with walk-in customers, you will develop and pursue leads through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms. Familiarity with customer relationship management software is a definite plus.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- Utilize diagnostic tools and service information systems to identify vehicle concerns
- Complete warranty and customer pay repairs efficiently and accurately
- Perform multi-point inspections and document findings with photos or video when required
- Communicate repair needs and recommendations clearly with service advisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies
- Stay current with manufacturer training and certifications
Qualifications:
- Automotive Service Technician certification required (ASE and/or manufacturer certification preferred)
- Previous dealership experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to operate diagnostic scan tools and shop equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

This is a great opportunity to start fresh in a modern shop with new equipment, a clean work environment, and strong career growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Previous automotive or lube technician experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Responsibilities:
- Perform oil and filter changes on a variety of vehicles
- Inspect vehicles following manufacturer and dealership guidelines
- Check and top off vehicle fluids
- Inspect tires, brakes, lights, and wiper blades
- Perform tire rotations and basic maintenance services
- Document inspection findings and recommend additional services when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and shop policies
Career Growth:
Many of our technicians start as Lube Technicians and advance into Line Technicians or Master Technicians through hands-on experience and manufacturer training.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
